On 5 and 6 April we will be celebrating the biggest Vienna City Marathon ever!
We are very much looking forward to it. Be part of it and experience a maraton with the swing of Waltz King Johann Strauss, whether running, dancing or cheering.
This way you can be part of it, even if you don't have a starting place at the moment:
- Vienna 5K: Join in and run 5 km on the magnificent ring road. Starting places still available.
- Coca-Cola Inclusion Run: 800m in the spirit of togetherness and inclusion
- Ö3-Superfan: Your ultimate chance to start at the VCM (42.195 km)
- Waltz world record: Dance to the Danube Waltz at the start
- Wiener Städtische Motivation Mile: Upload a video for your friends & running buddies
- Vienna Sports World: VCM expo and sports fair. Free entry!
- Running Party: Come to the VCM course and celebrate a great day!

- Start at the university, finish in front of the Burgtheater
- With or without timekeeping
- Open to anyone who can run 5 kilometres in an hour - super-fast times are also possible.
