The finish area of the Vienna City Marathon for all events is located in the heart of the city at one of Vienna's most beautiful spots, right on the Ringstraße between the Burgtheater and Rathausplatz.

Finishers in the Fledermauslauf, The Daily Mile 800 and 1600 will also receive exactly the same refreshments, but without Powerade. Finishers in the Coca-Cola Inclusion Run will receive refreshments in the Coke Village. We provide the refreshments in a bag made of biodegradable material (PLA), which is produced based on renewable raw materials such as sugarcane or corn and is free of petroleum.

Cloakroom Check-out

The cloakroom for the half marathon is located on Ebendorferstraße, and for the marathon & relay marathon on Lichtenfelsgasse / Bartensteingasse. The return of the clothing bag is only possible upon presentation of the starting number. Uncollected clothing bags will be taken to the organization office and stored there for approximately three weeks. The organizer accepts no liability for loss or damage.

Shower Facilities

We offer a total of 40 individual shower cabins in containers. On Saturday, 22 shower cabins are available in the Rathausplatz / Felderstraße corner. On Sunday, an additional 18 shower cabins will be available in the Rathausplatz / Lichtenfelsgasse corner. Please understand that there may be waiting times.

Rain Ponchos

In case of rain, we offer rain ponchos at the finish area for marathon and half marathon runners, if desired. You can reuse this poncho multiple times for different purposes. Please take it home with you. If you have no further use for it, dispose of it in the yellow bin (plastic recycling).
