1st VCM Winter Run
At the first event on 15 December, we will be running 5 km and 10 km in the Prater Hauptallee. We look forward to seeing you!

Are you already on the starting list for the Vienna City Marathon or Wiener Städtische Half Marathon 2025? Then register for the 1st VCM Winter Run by 1 December 2024. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw for 100 free starting places. We will notify the winners by 4 December and refund the entry fee for the winter run before the competition.

To be run once for 5 km, twice for 10 km

Get your number on Friday or Saturday! This way you avoid long queues in the morning on race day. There is also a 20% discount offer in the Hervis Store for participants in the VCM Winter Run.

Net timing with RFID chip in the start number. You cannot use your own chip and do not need to rent a chip.
Wardrobe storage on site will be available. No liability for loss or theft.

The VCM winter running medal is a great souvenir of your run. It is a three-dimensional snowflake and consists of two interlocking wooden parts with a ribbon. The VCM Winter Run medal is manufactured in Lower Austria and made from regional wood. We therefore offer a resource-saving and sustainable memento.
Important: There is no reordering on site! If you would like to receive a medal, you must order it in advance.
The top 3 in the overall standings of each race will receive their VCM Winter Run medal at the award ceremony, regardless of whether they order it or not.
