Preparation Runs in the Prater Hauptallee
Look ahead & prepare for the Vienna City Marathon on 21 April 2024!
If you are registered for the Marathon or Wiener Städtische Half Marathon of the VCM 2024, you have the opportunity to participate for free in one (1) event of the VCM Winter Running Series as long as there are starting places available and you have not already redeemed a free entry at one of our partner races.
We reserve a contingent of free starting places for each event.

Write to office@vienna-marathon.com and mention the date and distance you would like to run. You will receive a registration code as long as there are starting places available. You must be registered for the VCM 2024 (Marathon or Wiener Städtische Half Marathon). Please allow some time for the code to be sent to you.
If you have already redeemed a free entry at one of the VCM partner races, the regular registration fee applies for the VCM Winter Run Series.
The races will take place in the Prater Hauptallee. On 10 March 2024 we will organise the "3rd Vienna Calling Half Marathon" with a start on the Reichsbrücke.
The VCM Winter Running Series is of course open to all those interested in running, regardless of whether they are running for a Vienna City Marathon.
